You can't expect people to think and act the same way you do.

No matter how hard you try, you can't force them

To be mindful and care for the company they work for.

It's sad to see that no matter how generous the company has been,

There are still those who do not care how well or poorly they perform,

Yet they have the audacity to ask for more.
